1. Who We Are
United Reserve Trust is a precious-metals dealer. We provide education about precious metals, product selection, dealer pricing and trade execution. We are not a bank, custodian, depository, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or tax or legal adviser. Individual retirement accounts referenced on this website are administered by independent qualified custodians, and eligible physical metals are stored at independent depositories. Those third parties operate under their own agreements with you.
2. No Investment, Tax or Legal Advice
Nothing on this website is individualized investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to choose any particular allocation. Historical comparisons, scenario builders and educational tools are provided for information only, use the assumptions displayed with them, and do not predict or guarantee future results. 3. Pricing, Orders and Trade Confirmation
- Precious-metals prices change continuously. Prices displayed on this website — including reference prices, market data and illustrative examples — are for information only and are not offers to sell at those prices.
- A binding transaction occurs only when a specific quote is presented to you, you approve it, and we issue a trade confirmation.
- Before any transaction, we present the transaction economics: reference metal value, dealer premium, total, and an indicative same-day buyback for the same products. Third-party custodian and storage fees are itemized separately by those providers.
- Confirmed trades are binding at the confirmed price regardless of subsequent market movement, subject to applicable law and the terms of the trade confirmation.
4. Buyback
We maintain a buyback process under which you may request a quote to sell eligible products back to us. Buyback prices vary with market conditions, product type and applicable transaction terms, and are not guaranteed in advance. A buyback transaction becomes binding only upon your approval of a specific quote and our confirmation. For IRA holdings, settlement runs through the account custodian.
5. Market Risk
Precious metals involve risk and may lose value. Please read our Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The content of this website — text, design, graphics and media — is owned by or licensed to United Reserve Trust and protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
