Who We Are
United Reserve Trust is a precious-metals dealer. We provide precious-metals education, product selection, pricing and dealer execution. We do not provide individualized investment, tax or legal advice, and we do not hold your retirement account.
Who Holds Your IRA
Your self-directed IRA is opened and administered by an independent qualified custodian. The custodian — not United Reserve Trust — administers the account and processes eligible transfers and rollovers.
Where Metals Are Stored
Eligible physical metals purchased for an IRA are delivered to and stored at an approved independent depository for the benefit of the retirement account. They are never stored with United Reserve Trust.
How Pricing Works
Before any transaction you see the reference metal value, the dealer premium, the total, and an indicative same-day buyback. Dealer economics may include the premium or spread between our acquisition cost / reference value and the sale price. Third-party custody and storage fees are itemized separately.
How Trades Are Confirmed
Every metals transaction is confirmed and documented before execution, with records available to the account holder.
How Buyback Works
Request a quote, review the buyback price, approve the transaction, and settlement runs through the custodian. Buyback prices vary with market conditions, product type and applicable transaction terms.
Investment Risks
Precious metals can lose value. Prices are volatile, have experienced significant historical drawdowns, and have gone through extended periods of underperforming other asset classes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Custody security is not investment performance.
